This is the most comfortable and easy way to arrive. It takes about 20 minutes. Hotel America is only 15 kms away from El Prat Barcelona Airport. We recommend you suggest to the driver to take Gran Vía Avenue if traffic is not congested.There is a charge for baggages (0,90 euros) and an extra charge for aiport access in/out (3 euros). Total cost is about 20-30 euros. Another advice is to ask to the driver for a receipt, so in case you forgive anything inside the cab we coud contact to him inmediately. This is a nice way if you do not carry much bagagges. Ticket is 3.90 euros and it is recommended to arrive to last stop, Catalunya Sq. From here a taxi is much less expensive. From the Airport to Sants Estació (underground L5) is near 15 minutes and to Pg. De Gràcia (underground L3) it takes about 20 minuts. If you think you will use public transportation during your journey it is better to buy a T-10 card instead of a single ride ticket.
